I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and tidy rooms located in beautiful cottages in the heart of the city. The service was impeccable, especially from the friendly and helpful animation team. The location was excellent, close to all the action in Namma bY. The dining was acceptable but could offer more variety. I enjoyed my time by the pool and appreciated the helpful staff.
The hotel offers a nice view, comfortable rooms with two bathrooms, but they should have been ready earlier. The service, especially from Egyptians like the chef and dining room staff, was attentive and professional. The location in the Marina area was quiet, with beautiful scenery and convenient access to everything. The dining experience was good, but the breakfast finishing at 10 was a bit early. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
